Robert Laycock is frequently taken on to produce reports and to appear in court as an expert witness. It is always pleasant to receive unsolicited thanks after doing this work. After a recent case where he acted as the Defendant's expert witness, the instructing solicitor wrote:
"I firmly believe that the quality of your report and the resoluteness of your opinion detrimentally affected the Claimant's case..."
In an earlier important case, the instructing solicitor wrote:
"...the Judge placed considerable reliance on your evidence and was impressed with your report. [We are] extremely grateful for the help you have provided and the professional way in which you gave evidence."
